Washington Gold Restaurant Spotlight: Macau Grill

Each month, we’re featuring one of the amazing restaurants at our Washington casino locations. Last month, we highlighted the Gold Rush Café at the Silver Dollar Casino in Renton. Click here to read the spotlight.

For this month, it’s the Macau Grill at the Red Dragon Casino in Mountlake Terrace!

For the freshest flavors, and highlighting local ingredients, we invite you to join us in the Macau Grill at the Red Dragon Casino! You will experience a collective array of dishes including Asian themed entrées, appetizers, and casual, classic selections. Click here to view our full menu.

The Grill is located to the left of our main gaming area in a separate space, so families are welcome! It is slightly unique from our other casino restaurants, because it has the atmosphere of a restaurant attached to the casino, rather than being off to the side of the gaming tables.

But let’s talk about what you really want to hear, the food!

While the Macau Grill has decidedly Asian menu items and flavors, we have some American and other cultural classics available as well. On the appetizers menu, some of our new items include Buffalo Wings, Shrimp Jammers, Loaded Potato Skins, Grande Nachos, Deluxe Quesadilla, Spicy Popcorn Shrimp, and Garlic Cheese Sticks. Is your mouth watering yet? On the entrée side of things, there are several sandwiches and specialty salads in addition to classics like a New York Steak or Grilled Salmon, as well as our Build-a-Burger option and pizzas!

Let’s get into the delicious Asian fare at Macau Grill. Two pages of our menu are dedicated to Pan Asian Favorites, from soups to entrées, noodles, and vegetables. We have seafood items including clam, Tilapia, crab, prawns, scallops, squid, and more! Of course, chicken, beef, pork, and tofu selections are also on the menu. Favorite dishes like Mongolian Beef, Cashew Nut Prawns, Kung Pao Chicken, and Wonton Soup are available for your satisfaction. If you want to try something more exotic, however, items like Squid with Black Bean Sauce, Sweet and Sour Tilapia, or Crab with Ginger and Green Onion might appeal.

Don’t forget that the Macau Grill also features a tasty breakfast menu! Full of classics like French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and build-your-own omelets, it’s sure to satisfy!

If you’re looking for a place to have a party, the Grill also holds a catering space that is perfect for your private event or celebration. The catering facility can accommodate groups up to 75 people.

We hope you enjoy your experience dining at the Macau Grill in Mountlake Terrace!
